The Wimshurst's Machine: Music

ENGLISH: That's the most electronic song in "the Wimshurst's Machine" project. This song was originally written for a TV movie soundtrack, called "Alien Evolution", as duo "Rafael & Guthorm" then changed a bit to become a song for this soundtrack project. As every other track, is part of a soundtrack, even if it's quite different from the others. I was looking for something that sounded "UFO-like", and at the same time I did want to try out my just-bought Yamaha WX11 wind MIDI controller. This song went out at 1st try, including atmosphere sounds and the "vintage electronics", but since was destinated to a Sci-Fi TV movie soundtrack, a "touch from the '80s" was considered good. When I proposed it to the band, my friend Rob added the "background keyboards" you may hear, that completed it as it is now.

ITALIANO: un brano "elettronico anni 80" originariamente concepito dal duo "Rafael & Guthorm" per la colonna sonora del film "Alien Evolution" e poi integrato all'interno del nostro primo album. Molto piu' elettronico degli altri brani, contiene atmosfere e suoni d'annata (vintage), ritenuti adatti alla colonna sonora di detto film.
